To join the Fallbrook Gem and Mineral Society, please click on the membership application link below. Print, fill-out, and mail your completed application along with payment for the first year's dues and initiation fee to the address indicated near the top of the form. After you have printed the form, click the "Back" button on your browser in order to return to this page.

Adobe Acrobat Reader Installation Instructions

After you have read the installation instructions, please click the button below in order to start the download and installation process. Although you will be given the opportunity to download several different versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader, all you need is the free version.

Note: You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.05 or later installed on your computer in order to view and print the membership application. If you don't know if you have the proper version of Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, click the link to the document above. If the application for membership does not display, you will need to install Acrobat Reader.

If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, please click below for installation instructions. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free, and needs to be installed only once in order to view PDF documents in the future.
